Q: Do I need manager approval to participate?

A: Manager support is encouraged but not required. We recommend sharing the program details with your manager as they may be willing to sponsor your participation.

Q: What if I miss a session?

A: Full attendance is required to maintain program integrity and group dynamics. We'll work with you to ensure the dates work before you commit.

Q: How much time is required
outside of sessions?

A: Plan for 1-2 hours per week for reflection, application exercises, and capstone project work.
